WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?

Most products are manufactured in China and shipped from China.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

JellyDolls accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club.

We also accept PayPal.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. During large-scale sales and holiday periods, orders will usually ship between 3-5 business days.

Please note that there may be a delay in shipment if we need to confirm your shipping address or details regarding your order.

You will receive email confirmation when we have finished arranging your shipment. Depending on the product and delivery destination, shipment time can vary. We will notify you about delivery time via email.

JellyDolls is closed during weekends and holidays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order's tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order once your order ships.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (NOT including Hawaii and Alaska). Canada, Australia, most European country and Asia country.

I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

HOW WILL KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I HAVE PROBLEMS ADDING ITEMS TO MY SHOPPING CART?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations unless the delivered item is faulty.
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defect is found in a delivered product, please contact us.

CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IN ONE ORDER?

No, shipments are limited to one shipping address per order.

CAN I ORDER BY E-MAIL OR PHONE?

Unfortunately we only accept orders through our online store at this time.
